Avocet Affinity Window Key – EE37

Thank you for great service! Really easy to order and receive replacement keys.

Delighted that I have managed to purchase a lost window key so easily from this company.

I moved into a rented flat with no window keys and a locked window. Letting agent and other similar websites of no help but Handles and Hinges identified key immediately from my photos and delivered within a few days. Excellent customer service!

Moved into a new house with only two keys between eight windows … and within days one of those had snapped! Found Handles and hinges recommended online, searched their catalogue and found the right shaped key but emailed a photo across too just to be sure. Thomas replied promptly, confinrned I was right and within a few days I had four replacement keys. Great service – I would recommend them to anyone.

Moved house & window keys missing so found handles & hinges website but couldn’t find handle in gallery so as advised by the site I took a photo & emailed it over. Had a prompt response from Thomas with the key they recommended so I ordered 3. They arrived within a couple of days and unfortunately they didn’t fit. I emailed them just to let them know & asked for further advise, to which Dylan responded that they would send another key. This morning 3 new keys arrived (the key for this review) and they fit perfect. I have to say the customer service is excellent & I would recommend them.

Getting this key saved me from having to buy a new non-matching window handle, so hurrah for handles and hinges and their fast, friendly and accurate key matching service!
