Lost key
I had a window closed for two years and couldn’t believe it when I uploaded a photo and instantly received a link to the exact key I needed to buy. Who knew it could be that easy!

Excellent
Losing a key is easy, but knowing which key to replace it with is another matter. The key needed was quickly identified by the staff and promptly delivered. My new widow key now sports a giant keyring so will never be lost again! Many thanks.

Window security key
What a brilliant service. I simply emailed a photo of the window handle, showing the lock and the number of the key was emailed back to me immediately. I paid for it online and it arrived within 2 days. Excellent service.

New keys for window locks.
Bought a house where all the window lock keys had gone missing. Took photo of lock, emailed it to ‘handles and hinges’, they told me which keys, ordered 4, arrived promptly, worked beautifully!
Brilliant prompt service! Couldn’t really have been anymore efficient. Thank you.
